The subject matter of the contract is the provision of administrative and financial management services and expert (technical) assessment of all phases of the application for the provision of cauldron subsidies submitted by applicants under the Calls - so-called.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is made in Part B. Description of the subject matter of the contract documents. The fulfillment of the conditions of participation can be proved by the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of the Act, m documents proving fulfillment of the conditions of participation shall be submitted to the contracting authority by the tenderer pursuant to - 55 par. 1 ZVO at the time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. This tender may be attended only by the person who fulfills the conditions for participation in personal status defined in the provision of - 32 par. 1 ZVO.
3. Means of proving the fulfillment of conditions according to - 32 para. 1 ZVO:
Their fulfillment uchassle or interested person proves the way according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, Art. 152 para. 1 (entry in the list of economic operators) or - 152 para. 3 of the Act, except for documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2 pism. e) of the PPA, which the tenderer or candidate does not have to submit, as the contracting authority is entitled to use data from the public administration information system according to a special regulation (conclusion No. 177/2018 Coll.)measures to reduce administrative burdens by using public administration information systems and on amending and supplementing certain outcomes (ending against bureaucracy). In the case of participation conditions pursuant to - 32 para. 2 pism. e) of the GPA The above rule applies to economic entities (applicants or candidates) listed exhaustively in - 2 para. 2 Act No. 272/2015 Coll. on the register of legal axescitizens, businessmen and public authorities and about the amendment of some conclusions. In all other cases, the tenderer or candidate is still required to produce a document proving that the relevant condition for participation in the personal status (eg an extract from the Commercial Register or the Trade Register) has been fulfilled. If the candidate or candidate has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outsidethe territory of the Slovak Republic and its statute, place of business or habitual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in point 3.2 above or does not issue any equivalent documents; If the applicant or candidate has the right of establishment, the place of business or the usual place of businessa flat outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not governed by a declaration of honor, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or commercial institution according to the regulations applicable in the country of residence, business or usual residence of the applicant or candidate. 1. The contracting authority will communicate with the tenderers, resp. interested parties, proceed in accordance with - 20 of the Act on Electronic Commerce via eZakazky on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. This method of communication concerns any communication and submission between the contracting authority and the tenderers, respectively. interested parties, throughout the entire procurement processavailable on the web site of www.ezakazky.sk (https://www.ezakazky.sk/uploads/document/Manual_Uchadzaca_eZakazky_9.5.5_EN_r02aktual_26102018.pdf).
2. The contracting authority requires a security of EUR 90 000 (in words: ninety thousand euro) to secure the tender. Details of the security shall be given at least in points 8.3.5, 8.6 and 16 of Part A. Instructions for tenderers
3. The contracting authority in accordance with - 56 par. 15 of the ZVO states that the period for providing suicide according to - 56 para. 8, 10 to 14 ZVO is 20 days. The contracting authority within the meaning of - 40 para. 6 pism. (g) the GPA shall exclude the tenderer or candidate if, on the basis of reliable information, he suspects that the tenderer or candidate has concluded the contract with another economic operator in the contract in questionan agreement distorting economic competition.
