Business Advisory Services for the Need of the Vice-President of the Slovak Government for Investment and Informatisation

Part I: Comprehensive IT Assistance Management UPPVII - Comprehensive Support p(PMO) UPPVII, the support of the project management unit and other IT projects of the UPPVII in the activities of informatization and streamlining of the public administration within the framework of operational programs financed by the ESFS but mainly the Operational Program Integrated Infrastructure (OPII) and the Operational Program Effective Public Administration (OPEVS). Furthermore, management of IT projects in project management activities and preparation of studies, reform objectives in the framework of operational programs funded by the ESFS but mainly OPII and OPPEVS.

Part I: Comprehensive Support to the Program, Architecture and Project Office (PMO) UPPVII, support of the project management department and other IT projects of UPPVII in information activities(VS) within the framework of operational programs financed by the ESFS, but especially the Operational Program Integrated Infrastructure (OPPI) and the Operational Program for Effective Public Administration (OPEVS). Furthermore, the comprehensive support of the IT project management department in the project management activities and the preparation of studies, the reform objectives within the scope of operational programs financed by the ESFS, butOPI and OPEVS.

Conditions for participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 of the Act on personal status:

The applicant must meet the conditions for the person's personal status referred to in - 32 par. 1 ZVO. Documents and documents by means of which the applicant proves that he or she has fulfilled the conditions for the person's personal status under - 32 of the Act:

The applicant proves that the conditions for participationpersonal status according to - 32 par. 1 ZVO, in accordance with - 32 par. (2) of the GVA or under - 152 of the GVA.

In the case of a tenderer forming a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of fulfillment of the conditions of participation in each individual member of the group is required. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) The FVO proves a member of the group only in relationu to the part of the subject of the order to secure it. In the event that the applicant submits a bid to the subcontractor for the subcontractor, the proposed subcontractor must comply with the conditions for personal participation.

Documents and documents which the applicant proves to be personal must be submitted as original or certified by the tenderer copy, unless stated otherwise-Otherwise, if the applicant, the place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of his domicile, the place of business or usual residence does not issue some of the documents mentioned in - 32 par. Terms of Participation in Public Procurementand Section 33 of the FVO concerning the financial and economic status: The Applicant must comply with the terms and conditions of Section 33 of the FVO concerning the financial and economic standing stated in the tender documents: - 33 par. 1 letter. a) ZVO: the applicant demonstrates his financial and economic status by expressing a bank or a branch of a foreign bank. 1 letter. d) ZVO: Applicant demonstrates his / her finances and economics• In the case of an applicant who is a contractor of a group of contractors, he / she shows compliance with the terms of the financial and economic standing of the contractor, which are available for the last 3 business years, which are available from the date of commencement or commencement of the activity. according to point 2 of this part of the tender documents for all-members of the group together.

The facilitator can use the financial resources of another person to prove their financial and economic status, regardless of their legal relationship. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the public procurement agent that in the performance of the contract he will actually use the resources of the person whose status is useful in demonstrating financial and economic status. Reality according to the second sentence of the studyan interested person or a solicitor is signed by a contract concluded with a person whose sources are to prove his financial and economic standing. From a written contract, the person's handbag must appear to provide performance during the duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to demonstrate the financial and economic standing must demonstrate compliance with the conditions of theexcept Section 32 1 letter. e) ZVO and there shall be no evidence of exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and If an applicant fails to provide the document to the contracting authority with objective evidence to prove the financial and economic status of the document, the financial and economic standing may be demonstrated by the submission of another document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.-The public procurer will consider an equivalent document as an appropriate document if the applicant is not able to produce the document required by the contracting authority on objective evidence. The tenderer recommends such objectively substantiated claims in his tender.

The contracting authority requires security to ensure the offer of the tenderers.

The security for part I of the object of the Komplexnathe professional support of the management of the IT projects of UPPVII is set at EUR 220, 000.00 (the word: tristotisic eur).

Zabezpeka pro č-st II. subject of the contract Support for quality management in public administration computerization projects and activities is set at EUR 190, 000.00 (the word: hundred and fifty euros). subject of the contract Comprehensive technical support of the Central Coordination Officegan UPPVII in the area of program and project management is set at EUR 90, 000.00 (word: seventy-fiftieth euros).
