The strategic acquisition of the City of Turku will offer offers for consultancy and expert services for the various sectors of the Turku City Council for the period 1.11.2018 ( 31.10.2020, the contract may be renewed on the basis of the original terms and conditions of the(2) for the year 1.11.2020 to 31.10.2022. The subscriber creates a framework structure for each service subset. Each sub-unit is selected by the wholesaler Neljae (4) service provider. The various sectors of the city of Turku subscribe to services according to their needs. The bidder may offer up to ten (10) subtotals. An expert appointed for the given sub-assembly may be approximitates up to three (3) different sub-assemblies. The model for reduced tenders is described in Annex 29. The strategic subcontracting of the City of Turku will offer tenders for competitive consultancy and expert services for the various sectors of the City of Turku for the period 1.11.2018 (target) -31.10.2020, the contract may be renewed by the subscriber for an additional period of two (2) years from 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2022. The subscriber forms a framework structure for each sub-unit. Neljae (4) service provider is selected for the sub-assemblies, Michael qualifies for the qualification of tenderers and offers good praise for offerstaevaesti. The various sectors of the city of Turku subscribe to services according to their needs. The sub-assemblies of the acquisition are described in more detail in Annex 33. The subscriber will also be entitled to act on the framework structure in accordance with the implementation of reduced competition. The implementation of the reduced tendering procedure is described in Annex 29. To be offered by (1) experts. The offeror has the opportunity(1) or two (2) lisaeasi experts.
