LNG Bunkering Facilities

The invitation to tender is for the provision of a 2-site bunkering solution situated at Uig Harbour on the Island of Skye and Ardrossan Harbour situated on the West Coast of Scotland. These facilities will serve as the LNG Bunkering Stations for 2 duel fuel (LNG/MGO) 100 metre ferries currently under construction.
Main Site : Ardrossan, North Ayrshire, Uig, Isle of Skye.
Provision of a 2-site bunkering solution situated at Uig Harbour on the Island of Skye and Ardrossan Harbour situated on the West Coast of Scotland. These facilities will serve as the LNG Bunkering Stations for 2 duel fuel (LNG / MGO) 100 metre ferries currently under construction.
The tender also allows for 25-year maintenance, servicing and support of the bunkering installations.

The contracting authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason:
