Establishment of a permit-ready planning of a 10-group childcare facility according to the client's specifications the couch provided by the clientThe establishment of a 10-member KIB according to the specifications of the contracting authority is expressly permitted. The general requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of an activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out, Sections 21 and 194 of the BundesvergaAct 2018 obliges applicants or tenderers resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland who must obtain an official decision concerning their professional qualifications in Austria to act as soon as possible, or in any event before expiry of the offer periodn. For regulated industries (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this connection to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
