AAU-SUND

The Road Directorate has temporarily taken over the steering and execution responsibilities for the implementation of 4 of the Building Agency's construction projects, including AAU-SUND, which relates to a new health science faculty at Aalborg University, to which this Order relates. The construction takes place in the local plan for the area at Nyt Aalborg University Hospitaland consists of 2 long atrium buildings SUND 1 and SUND 2 in respectively. 4 and 3 floors. The two buildings are connected together by an intermediate building, which at the same time forms the entrance to the educational building from the west and is connected to the University Hospital with a foyer building towards the east. The first arrival in the joint coupling zone is performed side by side with the present project of Region North Jutland, wherewas made for the assembly of the main gable of the SUND 1 building and the coupling zone. The contract includes the construction of a total of 22 600 m2 of teaching facilities.

The project is offered on the basis of a completed main project. DKK 335, 000, 000.

The applicant will be excludedfrom participation in this tendering procedure, as soon as the applicant is covered by one or more of the grounds for exclusion laid down in section 135-136 of the tendering act and those in section 137 (1) of the tendering act. 1, no. 1-5 mentioned voluntary exclusion grounds.
