The Taellae Tender Request is applied for cleaning service providers in three (3) different areas.

Main Site: Elimaeenkatu 15

Object and description of the service.

Our office is located at Elimaeenkatu 15, 6th floor with 1, 877.6 m. The premises are 24/7, there are 18 working rooms, 5 meeting rooms, 3 quiet rooms, 7 toilets, 2 shower rooms and open floor space. There is an additional office space on the 8 floors of Elimaeenkatu, with 372 m and 8 work rooms, 3 conference rooms, 2 toilets and one kitchenette.

The need for cleaning is every year in paeivaenae. Cleaning should be done between 06:00 and 15:00 during your stay. At the weekend, toilet facilities are cleaned, shower facilities, empty trash cant. The cleaning will include the export of cardboard paper and emptying the paper shredder.

150 persons are working in the premises. The cleaning of the premises must take into account that the person`s aid does not give a good idea on the phone, so that the recharge of the combination machine and the buzzer must be done before 8:00 am. Some of the open-plan offices become myoes heretake before 8:00.
