2.Public procurer / Client provides free, unlimited, complete and direct access by electronic means, to documents needed to prepare the bid and to prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation at: https: // eo. The contracting authority did not send these documents to interested partiesa. 3.Explanation of the information needed to prepare the offer and to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participationor 6 days prior to the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders published on the Electronic Chalkboard and on the basis of the Deadline for the Contest Specifications under EKS of the contract, provided that the request for explanation is delivered electronically by EKS functionality sufficiently in advance. Applicants shall bear the full amount without any action against the public

5.The contracting authority shall proceed in accordance with - 20 of the Act when awarding this over-limit contract.

6. A vendor group does not have to create the right form, but it has to determine the vendors of a vendor group. All members of such a group of suppliers made to deliver / provide the subject of the contract are obliged to grant a power of attorney to 1 of the members of the group of suppliers to act on behalf of all members of the groupand to act on behalf of the Group in the event of acceptance of their offer, signature of the Contract for Work and Communication / Liability in the process of performance of the Contract for Work. In the event of acceptance of a bid by a group of suppliers, it is required that the group of suppliers concludes and submits to the contracting authority a contract in whichstipulated mutually the rights and obligations of who will participate in the performance of the contract as well as the fact that all members of the group of suppliers are bound by obligations to the contracting authority jointly and severally. Documents not submitted: Considering that it is not possible to obtain data or extracts from the information systems of the General Prosecutor`s Office, the applicant or the applicant interested in the documents according to - 32 par. 1 (a) of Act No 343/2015 on public procurement in paper form, in accordance with the provision of - 1 para. 6 Act No. 177/2018 Coll. on certain measures to reduce administrative burdens through the use of public administration information systems and on amendments to certain outcomes (ending against bureaucracy). If the applicant is registered in the economic listdars subjects, kept by the Office for Public Procurement, document pursuant to - 32 par. 1 (a) of Act No 343/2015 on public procurement is not required.
