Planned Preventative Maintenance of Facility Management (Hard Services) including building mechanical, electrical, security, fabric, machinery and equipment assets.

Ditto as last but for Reactive Maintenance.

Call out service.

Supplementary trade and administrative resources.

Small projects related to the refurbishment, adaption, redecoration and replacement of elements of IPS site buildings and infrastructure.

Elements of Specialist FM services for certain sites, for example terminal cleaning.

Contract management (for example, the provision of a Helpdesk service, management of direct IPS subcontractors, input into IPS's Asset Management System, provision of a CAFM system, Contract Management, Project Management, Health & Safety, back office support and overheads, etc).
