The contracting authority hereby invites you to submit an application for a framework contract for sports bras and tights. Your registration will be assessed on the basis of the conditions set out in this invitation to tender, using gof the public procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
The contract concerns a framework contract for the supply of sports bras and tights for female military personnel. The tender will be divided into two (2) parcels, a parcel for the supply of sports bras and a parcel for the supply of tights.
The female military can request 2 sports bras per year. There are currentlyabout 3 900 ladies who are entitled to 2 sports bras every year. The ladies are free to use this opportunity. In recent years, the decline has fluctuated significantly, making it difficult to give an accurate estimate. The KPU company does not keep stock of this article, which is why the female soldier will request the articles directly from the webshop via the webshop."As far as the sports bras are concerned, it is the customer's desire to have the widest possible choice in the sports bras' offer. The female soldier must therefore be given the opportunity to make a choice from the sports bras available via the webshop. The women themselves, on the basis of the size chart and measurement instructions on the website, pass their own measurements.
