Tagada AS Hoolekandeteenused poolt opereeritavateKarula, Voisiku and Somera homes with a variety of foodstuffs listed in Annex 1 11 to the technical specification. The object of the contract is, in addition to the purchase of the foodstuff, also the delivery of this delivery to the respective contractor and the unloading of the representative of the contracting authority.
Various foodstuffs according to the information given in the table
1) The tenderer must be registered as a food distiller-in the corresponding information system (Estonian providers in the Information Science Department of the Veterinary and Food Board), at least in one of the small lists in the underdeveloped sub-area of the field of inaction: 1) retail trade: food retail, food preparation with the forefront of distributing food directly to the consumer or preparing food with the front manages to market food to other inmates; 2) complained about non-animal and compound food; 3) HuluGambling: Storage of food other than self-made with the first-mover to market food to another trafficker. In the case of a provider registered in Estonia, the contracting authority can itself perform a subterranean retrieval at the Veterinary and Food Board Dissemination Information Facility. A bulk carrier will provide a formal confirmation. At the request of the contracting authority, the tenderer shall submit the necessary documents.
1) Average net profit of the tenderer's last 3 yearsIn the case of food products, the monthly earnings per share must be at least EUR 30, 000. The tenderer submits short notes of the last 3 financial reports that reveal the net losses of the tenderer for the last 3 years of the last financial year (for providers registered in the Republic of Estonia, if the data or documents are not publicly available to the contracting authority from the database). For a number of public procurement lots-the average net profit (monthly revenue) of the tenderer for the food consumption in the past three financial years must be at least equal to the sum of the minimum amounts established by the contracting authority for those parts of the public procurement tendered by the tenderer. If the tender is submitted in two installments, EUR 60 000, if the tender is submitted in three installments, EUR 90 000 if the tender is submitted for fourpart, then EUR 120, 000, etc. At the request of the contracting authority, the tenderer will provide the necessary documents.
