Replacement of peagages for underground parks in the city d'Angouleme.

Replacement of the apparatuses of peages of the underground parks of the city d'Angouleme.

The purpose of this consultation is to replaceent of the apparatuses of peages of the underground parks of the city of Angouleme. Execution site with address: Saint-Martial, Les Halles, Bouillaud and La Gatine car parks located in Angouleme. The candidate must go to the site in order to appreciate all the matters influencing his proposal and the performance of his services and work. The candidate's offer will be contractually deemed ttake into account all the observations made during this recognition of the site, and understand all the ancillary and other necessary work and services. This visit will take place on Tuesday 4.2.2020 at 9:00. Applicants are invited to contact Mr. Daniel CHE, of the Gesta parking service of the city of Angouleme) at n 33 545956068 to confirm their presence. At the end of this visitte, a certificate will be issued by the Gesta service; it must be attached to the candidate's offer. It is specified that candidates who wish to return to the site must imperatively inform the Gesta beforehand (parking service of the city of Angouleme). The framework agreement is a composite single-attribute framework agreement:

- it is simple on the basis of a price focorresponding to the supply, delivery, removal, installation and commissioning of tolling devices for the underground car parks of La Gatine, Saint-Martial, Bouillaud and Les Halles and for work to modify the exit channel for the Bouillaud car park ( prices 1 and 2),

- it has purchase orders on the basis of unit prices for technol assistance servicesogic, centralization and hosting of the management and bank payment solution, on-site maintenance intervention, technician travel, batch of spare parts, modification of programming, training and maintenance of equipment, by applying the prices defined in the price schedule units annex to the act of engagement and in the catalog of spare parts and ins the list of service rates (repairs to the owner). Orders by application of the prices defined in the unit price schedule are not limited to a maximum amount in application of 3 of article R. 2162-4 of the public order code. This framework agreement takes effect from its date of notification for a fixed period of 4 years. Installation of equipmentyears the 4 car parks as well as the entry into service and the modification of the Bouillaud car park exit channel must be carried out between 1.4.2020 and completed no later than 31.8.2020 (maximum deadline for completion of services, lifting of reservations included). The deployment of the material is desired as follows: La Gatine parking lot (April 2020), Saint-Martial parking lot (May 2020), Les Ha parking lotlles (June 2020), Bouillaud car park (July 2020). The city's budget, Gesta, will finance the costs of the markets. There is no requirement for security or holdback. No grant request has been made to external organizations. Payment of expenses will be made by administrative mandate within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the invoice.ure by the authorizing officer. In accordance with article R. 2191-3 of the public procurement code, in the case where the order form is greater than 50, 000 EUR HT and if the execution time is greater than 2 months, an advance of 10% is granted to the holder under the conditions fixed in article R. 2191-7 and 10 of the public procurement code. The prices are fixed (items 1 and 2 and revisable) and uitems (items 3 to 9: can be revised on the anniversary date of notification; items 10 and 11: can be revised using the adjustment).
