Ghent University is setting up a Ghent UniVersitair Museum in the western wing of the Campus Ledeganck, K.L. Ledeganckstraat 35 in Ghent

The purpose of the present deliveries is to: implement parts of the scenography of the Ghent University Museum on floors 100, 120, 130 and 140 of the 3rd phase of the Ledeganck Complex of Ghent University (subproject A / 02169)

The assignment includes (not limited to)

- Design of een lighting plan, including advice and consultation with the 'set construction and graphics' contractor,

- Delivery and installation of museum spots and walk lighting,

- Highlighting of the objects and multimedia in situ. is not in one of the exclusion situations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.

The UEA, with which the tenderer explainsensure that it meets the following selection criteria:

1. A statement concerning the total turnover and the turnover of the business activity that is the subject of the contract, over the last 3 available financial years, depending on the start date or the date on which the entrepreneur started his activity, insofar as the turnover figures concerned are available

Place visittravels:

After a telephone appointment, a site visit to the 3rd phase is organized. Appointment at the main entrance of Complex Ledeganck, K.L. Ledeganckstraat 35 in 9000 Ghent. These site visits only take place on regular working days and hours. This site visit is combined with a prospecting of the antique cupboards that are included in the technical specifications, so that the tenderer has the actucan correctly assess the current state of affairs and the necessary actions (restorations, lighting, replacement of glass, etc.). This second part of the site visit will take place at Campus Sterre, Krijgslaan 281 in 9000 Ghent. The purpose of this is that tenderers can form a precise picture of the circumstances in whichthe work to be carried out under the current special specifications must take place, in particular with regard to the correct location, condition, size and nature of the renovation, the buildings in and around the construction site and all other factors that are important for the preparation of his quotation (eg size of the door openings). They will never be able to rely on ignorance about these factors afterwards.The tenderer will therefore not be entitled to any extra compensation or extension of the period due to poor knowledge of the existing situation on his part. After all, the tenderer is deemed to have calculated the amount of his tender according to his own findings and estimates. Asite visits must not cause any hindrance for the various activities in the facilities of Ghent University and the area of the planned works in particular. They must add this when submitting the tender, on pain of invalidity.
