Mission synthesis of the studies of execution and BIM Management concerning the construction of a workshop of maintenance of the equipments of the trains and social housing, on the site RATP of Vaugirard.

The RATP wants to restructure the workshops of the Vaugirard site, located at 222-224, rue de Croix Nivert 75015 Paris. This 2.3 ha site is now home to industrial and railway maintenance activities, intended to be preserved after restructuring. Main Site: Paris 15. The operation consists of the modernization of the RATP site of the Vaugirard workshops and concerns the following works:
- construction of the equipment maintenance workshop trains (AME) RATP site (about 12 000 m SDP, R 4) divided into 5 functional units,
- realization-104 social housing units superimposed on the AME (approximately 6, 400 m SHAB, R 5 distributed in 3 cages).
The 2 programs of the AME and social housing are imbric in a real estate complex. will be composed as follows:
- two levels of parking in the basement (parking AME second basement and parking social housing in the first basement),
- the mezzanine, the atelAME,
- from the ground floor, will rise parallel two superstructure buildings (the workshop AME on four levels and social housing on 5 levels),
- various elements of the program of social housing will be in besides imbrics in the program of the AME (technical room CPCU, lifts of the lifts, three stairwells, entree of the carpark in particular),
- a firefighter lane et part of the works of the new road that serves the property complex.
Main features of the mission:
The present consultation is for the purpose of awarding a service contract including the mission of summarizing the execution studies. and BIM management [Building Information Modeling / Modeling of Information (or data) of the Building) for the constructionction of a maintenance workshop for train equipment (AME) and social housing on the RATP site of Vaugirard.
This mission includes studies of the construction of the site to ensure during the study phase of execution of the spatial coherence of the work elements of all the State bodies, in the respect of the architectural, technical, exploitation andmaintenance of the project and resulting in the summary plans which represent, at the level of the detail of execution, on the same support, the implementation of the elements of work, equipments and installations.
The mission of synthesis of studies d execution carried out in a BIM approach consists in the animation of the synthesis cell, the control of synthesis meetings and the coordinationectural and technical works in phase execution to ensure the spatial coherence of the works of all the bodies of states.
The BIM Manager's mission is to assist the owner in the BIM process, it defines the organization and the process for model modeling and the application of the BIM convention by all stakeholders.The missions begin at the start of the works and end at the delivery of the DOE at the ND5 development level.

The perimeter of the mission concerns the works steps that will be spent in separate lots according to the following decomposition:
