Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of fruit baskets to our department at Kjeller in Akershus.

Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of fruit baskets to our department at Kjeller in Akershus.

The fruit baskets weights are 2, 4, or 6 kg and must be delivered on Mondays and Wednesdays by 10:00 at the latest. The fruit baskets shall contain an even distribution of basic fruits *1 and seasonal fruit baskets *2 within the stated weight categories. The baskets must contain nuts/dried fruits as a supplement to the basic fruits *1 and have a good and constant quality throughout the year.

*1) Basic fruits: apples, pears, bananas, grapes and nuts;

*2) Seasonal fruits: oranges, citrus fruits, nectarines, kiwis, sharons, melons, plums, strawberries, peaches, exotic fruits, etc.

The framework agreement period is 1 year with an option for extending the contract for 3 x 1 year. The total contract period is 4 years.

The total estimated value is 2 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT (approx. 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT per optional year).

Deliveries of fruit baskets are not wanted in July (the general staff holiday), nor at Christmas and Easter.

When the delivery dates falls on days off and/or public holidays the delivery shall be cancelled or moved in co-operation/further agreement with the mercantile manager at FFI.
