The tenderer submits a completed Uniform European Tender Documentst (UEA) for that consists of an updated self-declaration and that the contracting authority accepts as provisional evidence to replace documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties confirming that the tenderer concerned fulfills all of the following conditions:

1) he is not in one of the exclusion situations as referred to in the artthinks 67 to 69 of the law of 17-6-2016;

2) he meets the applicable selection criteria as determined in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17-6-2016.
