The subject of the contract is a supply of special medical material and intervention cardiology for the contracting authority listed in Annex no. 2 to the substrates. The subject of the order is divided into 26(word: twenty-six) parts. The division of the subject of the contract into parts and a description of the required minimum characteristics of the individual items of the subject of the order is given in Annex no. 2 of the tender documents. Section 1 of the section must be submitted to all relevant items. Ponukany goods must be located in the registration database of medical aids, led by the State Institute for Drug Controliv. The subject of the order must be as follows: transport of the item to the place of delivery specified in point A-6.1. The subject of Part 1 is the supply of goods: Special medical material with a focus on intracoronary stents, with emphasis on the health of the patient.-radial force from platinum-chromium alloy (PtCr) coated with everolimus with sustained release of the drug and accessories, including the services listed in Part C - Description of the subject of the SP order and in point II.1.4. of this notice. The detailed specification of part 1 of the order and the description of the required minimum characteristics of the individual items can be found in Annex no. 2 k SP. Nevyžadit is assumed that the economic entity in the public procurement proves the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of personal status according to - 32 par. 1 letter. g) and h) of the Act, the burden of proof that the economic operator does not fulfill these conditions in part shall be the contracting authority. III.1.1.3) Pursuant to - 32 par. 7 ZVO is a condition of a person's personal status according to par. 1 letter. (b) and (c) are met if the applicant has not paid for itor the payment of arrears was authorized in due time.

The public contracting authority is, regardless of - 152 par. 4 of the applicant's request for additional proof pursuant to - 32 par. 2 sheets. b) a c) ZVO. III.1.1.7) When proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the personal status, the applicant recommends the applicant to notify the Public Procurement Office of the changes made to the list himof the Subsidiaries, published on https://www.uvo.gov.sk/zaujemcauchadzac/registre-ohospodarskych-subjektoch-vedene-uradom/informacie-k-zoznam-hospodarskych-subjektov-2ff.html, which UVO gives economic subjects to the attention of the regulation of the conditions for inclusion in the list of economic subjects, deriving from Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement, which took effect on 18 April 2016.

III.1.1.8) The contracting authority shall assess the fulfillment of the terms and conditions laid down in accordance with - 32 par. 1 of the Act and proved according to - 32 par. 2 and - 152 para. 4 ZVO in accordance with - 40 of the Act on the Application of the Act.

Removal of the adequacy of the specified term of the contract:

The conditions for participation in the personal status were determined by the contracting authority in accordance with the provisions of - 38 par. 1 letter. a) ZVO.

III.1.2.1) - 33 par. 1 letter. untilVO:

Statement of a bank or a branch of a foreign bank, or an equivalent document (hereinafter referred to as the bank) in which the applicant has kept an account, proving that: - the applicant is not and was not in an unauthorized debete.
