The specialized Gaussian16 software is for quantum-chemical calculations with high accuracy and reproducibility.

Gaussian 16 includes software packages, has a parallel version for a large number of processors and is supported by the Linux operating system. The software is based on reliable convergence algorithms (Davidson and Bernie). It has high accuracy of iterative steps and strict criteria for statsionic states, transient states and states with minimum energy: mean square deviation of force interactions 3x10-4 au, mean square deviation of atomic displacement 1.8 x10-3 au

From participation in the procedure is removeda participant in which the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1. According to item 4.3. of the Terms of Service when granting a freegrant under Priority Axis 1 of the Operational Program "Science and Education for Intelligent Growth" may not be awarded in the procurement by a person who: is represented by a person in an employment or employment relationship with the Managing Authority while holding the relevant efalsity and 1 year after leaving it.

b) At the date of submission of an offer by the respective participant in the award procedure, the participant shall have concluded a labor or other contract for the performance of management or control functions with a person of employment or legal relationship in the Managing Authority, or while holding the post and 1 year after leaving the post.

c) As of the date of submission of the offer by cothe Respondent in the assignment procedure shall not hold any shares or shares of the Participant's capital in the procedure when performing activities under a project co-financed under Operational Program. d) At the date of submission of thethe offer by the respective participant in the award procedure that the participant does not have a contract for consulting services with a person of employment or legal relationship in the Managing Authority while holding the respective position and 1 year after leaving it.

Except for the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority shall remove from the procedure and on the grounds of Art. 107 of the PPL. The performance guarantee is in fullp 3% of the contract value. In sealed opaque packaging, the tenderer should submit documents and samples: inventory, EDES in electronic form, documents proving the reliability measures taken (if applicable), technical and price proposal. In case of participation for more than one lot, the documents under Art. 39, para. 2 of the PDAB are presented in total.
