Offer of framework agreement for. services at control center

The Modernization Agency offers the framework agreement on purchasing services at the control center on behalf of the entire state. The content of the service is set out in point II.2.4). At the entry into force of the agreement, state institutions are obliged to use this. The preparatory basic education institutions are obligedto apply the agreement. A number of self-governing institutions, etc., whose grants are entered on the Finance Act, are original parties to the agreement and may make use of it. The National Bank of Denmark, the Danish Parliament, the Danish Institute for International Studies, the Department of Human Rights and the Danish Government of Greenland are also original parties to the agreement and can make use of it. These are right, but not obliged toapply the agreement. The Ministry of Defense's Resource Area (the Defense) has the right, but not the obligation, to apply the agreement.

The framework agreement will include the following services:

- Admissibility of an approved control center, cf. the Act on security services (no. 112 of 11.1.2016), cf. the Executive Order on security services (no. 1045 of 30.9. 2014), throughout the agreementns longevity,

- Receiving signals from analog and IP technology transmitted from existing systems (both open and closed) and new systems, including AIA signals, TVO transmissions (ITV transmissions), assault alarms, GPS, etc. - Signal processing ( dispatching) in the form of a response according to Relationship Order (eg telephone calls, radio, e-mail and SMS), logging of event, etc.

The above mentioned alone is aoverall description of the service.

The award of contracts based on a framework agreement will take place on the basis of the terms set out in the framework contract without the initiation of a renewed competition (buy directly on the framework agreement). instruction from the customer. 1) that the applicant or the tenderer is not covered by exclusion grounds, cf. below;

2) that the applicant or tenderer meets the minimum eligibility requirements (economic and financial) financial capacity) set out in point III above.1.4 The contracting authority shall exclude a tenderer from participating in the tendering procedure if the tenderer is covered by the mandatory exclusion grounds mentioned in sections 135 and 136 of the tender act.
