The subject matter of the contract is the liability insurance for aircraft damage owned by the Slovak Republic

Liability insurancefor damage caused by the operation of aviation technology (aircraft and helicopters) for pre-planned flights (long-term insurance) and unplanned flights (short-term insurance) under the terms of future insurance contracts, under a framework agreement, as appropriate and possible. Required periods, place of insurance as well as number and type of aviation equipment to be insuredthe liability for damage caused by the operation of aviation technology for each type of aircraft technology and their numbers will be specified according to the needs and possibilities of the contracting authority in the relevant future implementation contracts in accordance with the terms of the concluded framework agreement. personal status are listed in Section A.2- Conditions of participation of applicants in the competition documents

1.The competition is realized as electronic through the EVO information system (hereinafter referred to as IS EVO) at https://www.uvo.gov.sk/portalsystem-evo-5f5.html and up to the identification of a potential successful tenderer, all documents and documents shall be submitted exclusively in electronic form through this system. To take part in the competition you need to visit the website https: //www.uvo.gov.sk/ register and continue in terms of manuals and video tutorials at https://www.uvo.gov.sk/more-o-is-evo/prirucky-5f7.html and https://www.uvo.gov .sk / v-ce-o-is-evo / videonavody-5f9.html in the EVO and in the tender documents, which will be available in the contracting authority profile set up in an electronic repository at the website https://www.uvo.gov.sk/. The contracting authority will be up to dateother documents necessary for the preparation of the offer. In IS EVO, the moment of delivery of documents (documents, documents, tenders, requests, etc.) is considered to be the sending of the document t. j. dispatch date = delivery date. This indication will be given in the date of submission of the relevant document.
