Supply, maintenance and repair of accessories and drone equipment for the European Metropole of Lille

Reference Number: 2019-PSG010

- Lot 1: Master Agreement with Vouchers single-purpose order: supply of accessories and drone equipment for the European Metropole of Lille,

Main Site: Territory of the MetroEuropean pole of Lille.

Lot 1: framework agreement with one-way purchase orders: provision of accessories and equipment for drones for the Lille Metropole.

The offers of the candidates presenting sufficient capacities are analyzed with regard to Judgment criteria for the following tenders:

For lot No 1:

- price, analysis from the total amount obtained by application of the prices indto the unit price list at the estimated quantities: 80%,

- technical value of the product proposed: 10%.

The technical memorandum must contain the following elements: the technical description of the proposed product,

- delivery time: 10%.

For lot 2:

- price, analysis from the total amount obtained by applying the prices indicated in the unit price schedule at the estimated quantities: 70%,

- the technical and human means implemented: technical value (weighting 30% of the overall score) weighted in the light of the technical brief which should at least detail the following elements:

- the organization and the methodology of the candidate (10%),

- the laboratory and the calibration tools (10%),

- the repair time (10%).

The technical memory should contain the elementsuivants:

- the organization and methodology of the candidate,

- the laboratory and the calibration tools,

- the time of repair.

Lot 1: march n 2019psg010, the framework agreement is concluded without minimum amount. The maximum annual amount is 20 000 EUR HT.

Lot 2: march n 2019psg011, the framework agreement has purchase orders is concluded without minimum amount. The maximum annual amount is 15 000 EUR HT.
