The subject of the order is the provision of air transport services and other supportive and auxiliary transport services

Main Site: The place of supply of the service is the contracting authority's seat and destination determined according to the requirements of the public obsThe subject of the order is the provision of air transport services and other supporting and auxiliary transport services as specified in the scope and under the terms and conditions set out in the framework agreement which constitute the attachment of these procurement documents.

The transported persons are members of the Client's statements and the persons nominated by the Client, best players / toys nominated / nominated for members of hockey repsother persons listed in the nomination list as members of the Slovak Republic's hockey team, other persons sent to the Client for events, events, seminars, meetings, etc. in the context of ice hockey, hosted by referees, trainers, instructors, observers, delegates, etc.

The specification is specified in the tender documentation.

1.1 Uchadzač musi spĺto take into account the conditions of part time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2 of the Act on Public Procurement by submitting original documents or their certified certified copies, which are required by the documents pursuant to - 32 par. 4 or 5 of the Act on Public Procurement under the conditions mentioned in these paragraphs, respectively. under Section 152 of the Public Obstaravani:

1.2 Person in person according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act on the Public Procurement of the Ticket pursuant to Section 32 2 of the Public Procurement Act as follows:

a) field. a) Evidence from the criminal record not older than 3 monthse

b) field. b) proof of health insurance and Social Insurance Company's confirmation not more than 3 months

c) letter. c) attested by the local tax authority not later than 3 months; d) Proof of proof of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months; (e) evidence of the right to deliver the goods, to perform construction work or to provide a service which isthe subject of the order, f) the letter. 1.3 According to - 39 of the Public Procurement Act, the applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority by the Single European Document

We ask interested persons if they withdraw from the public profileon the website of the Public Procurement Office or on the www.sqm.sk website to report this fact to the following e-mail address: gonsenica@sqm.sk for the registration instructor. If a currency other than EUR is presented in the documents submitted, the applicant shall be converted into EUR. Conversion in the case of other currencies by the ECB, always at 31.12. of the relevant year for which the financial information is duerequires. The recalculation is executed by the bidder in such a way that the amount in the floating currency is shown in EUR and the rate is valid
