Purchase of consumables and tools required for the maintenance of installations, equipments, electrical and mechanical equipments serving the buildings of the research infrastructure of ELI-NP. . Reactor no. 30, Magurele, Ilfov County

Acquisition of filters-absolute filtration forEntity serving the premises of the ELI-NP research infrastructure. • The sole tenderer / the associated offeror / the subcontractor / supporter must prove that they do not comply with the provisions of Art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. In this respect, the single tenderer / associated bidder / subcontractor / third party will complete the IIIA for each lot. Class Bidderon the first place in the intermediate ranking made at the completion of the evaluation of the bids, shall submit for each batch, at the request of the contracting authority, the following editorial documents proving / confirming the failure to comply with the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 above, both for the sole tenderer / associated bidder and for the subcontractor / third party- the criminal record of the economic operator and of each member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results of the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act,

- Romanian legal persons must present the sky- the foreign taxpayers will present any editorial documents issued by the authorized institutions of the country; - foreign legal persons will present any editorial documents issued by the authorized institutions of the country of origin (tax attestation certificates, cetc.) to prove that he has fulfilled his obligations to pay taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget in accordance with the national law of the country of residence of the sole tenderer / associated offeror / the subcontractor / third party or the country where the single bidder / associated offeror / subcontractorthe adjutant / supporter is established. From the editorial documents submitted, there must be a lack of overdue debts at the time of their presentation,

- Certificates / records / editorial documents proving / confirming the non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 167 par. (1), both for the sole tenderer / associated bidder and for the subcontractor / third party declared in a(if applicable),

- Accredited documents demonstrating that the sole tenderer / associated bidder and the supporter / subcontractor declared in the offer fit into the provisions of art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions, with subsequent modifications and completions (if any),

(2) of GD no. 395/2016
