The subject of the filling is the reconstruction of the load-bearing structure of hop gardens on 10 plots of land. Consciousness of a total area of 8.135 ha. It is about the assembly of new columns, ropes and patches for restoration of damaged hop gardens.

The subject of the reconstruction is the reconstruction of the honeycomb structure-10 plots of land in cad. Consciousness of a total area of 8.135 ha. Overall, the value of the action, including construction works (hop plant reconstruction) and services (planting and supply of hop seedlings), ie for a whole functional unit, is estimated, namely 8 015 065, 69 CZK without VAT. The subject of this public offer is construction works only, which must precede the planting of seedlings, with an estimated value of CZK 3, 821, 583.00 excluding VAT. The public service contract (planting and supply of hop seedlings) which are not the present public bid, with an estimated value of CZK 4, 193, 482.69 excluding VAT, will be charged separately.

As the main subject of the public procurement is the serviceand the overall presumed value for the whole functional unit corresponds to an above-limit public bid, the contracting authority has decided to initiate this public bid as an over-limitation for the construction work in a manner imposed by the law, by some of the methods of procurement referred to in Section 3 of the Act. In this case, it is proposed to open the control in the above-limit regime, according to the provisions of - 3 letter. b), - 56 and Title VII
