1 piece single-engine aircraft. provided in art. 60, 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016. DUAE will be completed by all opeconomic errors participating in the award procedure (including any third parties and subcontractors) with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the first place in the intermediate ranking prepared at the end of the evaluation.receive offers. - certificate certifying the lack of outstanding debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,

- certificate of fiscal attestation issued by the body of fiscal administration within the scope of which the company has its headquarters regarding the payment of obligations,

-the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act -, as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator canyou benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement,

- declaration regarding the non-classification in the situations potentially generating conflicts of interests; both the bidder / associate bidder and the subcontractors and third party supporters must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 59-60 of Law 98/2016. Ofthe clarification will be presented with DUAE by all economic operators. The persons holding the decision function within the contracting authority regarding the organization, development and completion of the award procedure are:

The documents will be presented with the authorized translation into Romanian. If applicable, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement. If applicable, other edifying documents.

Annual general turnover. The economic operators will demonstrate the global turnover for the last 3 years for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The period of validity of the offeror: 60 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.

Notes:

(a) The contracting entity has the right to request the tenderers, in exceptional circumstances, before the expiration of the period of validity of the offer, the extension of this period,

(b) The bidder has the obligation to communicate to the contracting entity whether or not he agrees with the extension of the validity period of the offer,

(c) The tenderer who does not agree with the extension of the validity period of the offer is considered to have withdrawn his offer, without this fact losing the guarantee of participation.

The language of drafting the Romanian offer. notification or contestation, as the case may be, the provisions of Law no. 101/2016. Requests for clarification of potential bidders will be requestedaddress exclusively in the SEAP at the "Questions" section of the award procedure carried out by electronic means and the answers to them will be published in the SEAP, in the "Documentation and clarifications" section of the participation announcement, the contracting entity is not going to attend the requests addressed by a different communication method than the one established according to cand the provisions of art. 64 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 for communications subsequent to the submission of tenders.
