The main objective of the public procurement is to ensure effective communication campaign, which will help to raise the awareness of European Union quality schemes presented by Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) and Guaranteed Traditional Specialty (TSG) for Consumers in the Czech RepublicePublishing and the Slovak Republic

The contents of the planned project and the subject of the public procurement are accompanied by the application No. 1 of this Invitation Documentation

The Contracting Authority requests the implementation of the campaign to comply strictly with the requirements laid down in Regulation 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and Council .2014 on information and promotion measures for the promotion of agricultural products on the internal market and in(EC) No 3/2008.

The Contracting Authority requests that the suppliers fulfill their professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the HTSA and Article 77 (2) of the Code. (a) CAA - Proof of Provenance:

I have caused the Contractor to submit: - an extract from the Commercial Registry or other similarly to the Register, if another legal regulation requires such a record; the document must demonstrate the fulfillment of the required criterionof eligibility no later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the inves tigation process, - the extract from the trade register or the trade list (s) other rights for entrepreneurship, namely for trade: Manufacturing, trade and services not listed in annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Act.
