The Contracting Authority does not require the establishment of a legal entity to perform the contract.

Each participant has the right to submit a bid for one lot or for bothand positions

1.1. In connection with Art. 12, para. 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act lot 3 is a "reserved order" in which persons may participate, provided that at least 30 per cent of their list of members is from persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons. have been registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities at least three years before datebut to the opening of the specific procurement procedure.

Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled persons may participate in this procurement, provided that they can meet at least 80 per cent of its subject with its own machines, human resource.
