The scope of the contract includes designing and branding of advertising and information materials for PRM (2014-2020), proofreading, application, publishing and tracking their placement in national printed media in connection with information and promotion-of the program to the general public

The scope of the contract includes the design and branding of advertising and information materials for the MAFR (2014-2020), the correction, the application, the publication and the tracking of their placement in national printed publications in connection with informing and promoting the program among the general publicthe messenger must provide publications of advertising (image) and PR (information) publications in national daily newspapers, weekly, monthly and specialized printed publications for a period of 1 (one) year. They should be evenly distributed in the media proposed by the contractor. The number of ad slots and PR publications must be consistent with the broadcasting periodThe assignor does not have requirements for the participation of the participants in the exercise of the professional activity

Any person,, which meets the requirements of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Law ofpublic procurement and the contracting authority's requirements. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their(d) The documents proving the lack of grounds for removal are those referred to in Art. 58 of the Public Procurement Act and shall be submitted by the tenderer selected as a contractor prior to the conclusion of a public procurement contract .. Performance guarantee:

1. The warranty for performance of the contract is submitted by the participant designated as the contractor when signing the contract3% (three percent) of its total value, excluding VAT. The conditions for the release and retention of the performance guarantee are set out in the draft contract. The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself. The performance guarantee is in the form of a bank guarantee - in original, money amount (original payment orderno) or insurance (original policy), which ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability. If the performance guarantee of the contract is presented in the form of a cash payment, it shall be transferred to the account of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry at the BNB - Central Bank: IBAN - BG08 BNBG 9661 3300 1500 02, BIC - BNBGBGSD, are at the expense of the orderssummer. If the guarantee for performance of the contract is in the form of a bank guarantee, it must be unconditional, irrevocable and payable in whole or in part at the amount specified by the grantor at the first written request in which the contracting authority states that the contractor has failed to fulfill the obligation under the contract for the award of the contract or that the assignor has terminated the contract due to faultperformance of obligations of the contractor
