The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity relevant to the subject matter of the project.

Economic operators established in a Member StateAs a European Union, they are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registries kept in their state of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in acceding third countriesgo to the SDS or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures shall be required to be registered in the relevant professional or commercial registers.
