The aim is to ensure that the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) has the necessary access to competence that is currently not in NDLO: a civil partner is required for this. We need assistance in obtaining information electronically, with an option for sorting and gathering in an A4 ring file, as well as providing training and developing competence in users for problems connected to fuel quality and the operation of installations.

The procurement includes:

— procurement of a licence that gives access to an updated overview of laws, rules, and routines for the operation of sites for handling fuel, including the STANAG and JIG rules,

— ongoing updates to the overview and content in the law and rules on handling aviation fuel,

— technical support for solving problems regarding quality assurance, operation and maintenance, as well as planning new equipment,

— training and support for the contracting authority`s system operators,

— access to HSE competence for the operation of infrastructure and handling fuel.

Requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate,

— foreign tenderers: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement: tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
