    EU Procurement of contract for the operation of the secretariat for the building damage insurance scheme.
    The present tender relates to the acquisition of the operation of the secretariat for the building damage insurance scheme for the Traffic, Construction and Housing Authority. The Danish Agency for Housing and Housing - Copenhagen V
    The present tender concerns the acquisition of drip off a secretariat for the building damage insurance scheme to the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Agency. The secretariat shall carry out the tasks associated with the building damage insurance scheme in the secretariat, including administering the BSFS system. The building damage insurance scheme involves a large number of actors with different interests and obligations. Please refer to Contract Annex A - Requirement Specification.
    Lover and brief description of conditions:
    As part of the offer, the tenderer must include a completed version of the Common European Procurement Document (ESPD), in which the requested information is to be provided. The ESPD is also a self-declaration which serves as preliminary evidence that the tenderer meets the exclusion, suitability and selection criteria. This information shouldl later verified
    The tenderer fills in the ESPD in TenderKonnect via "Fill in the ESPD" according to the requested information.

    Tenderer wishes to tender, - Item B: Information on representatives of the financial operator, - - Item C: Information on the utilization of the capacity of other entities, - Item D: Information on subcontractors, see section 1.5.4
    Tenderer must complete the following in Part III of the ESPD: Exclusion grounds where the tenderer must confirmthat the Tenderer is not covered by the mandatory exclusion grounds in section 135 (1) of the Tender Act. 1-3 and 136:
    - Point A: Reasons for convictions, - Point B: Reasons for payment of taxes or social security contributions: If there are
    Outstanding payments, "Yes" and the outstanding amount are disclosed, - Item C: Insolvency grounds, Conflicts of interest orr negligence in connection with the exercise of the profession:
    The tenderer must confirm that this is not covered by the compulsory exclusion grounds in section 135 (1) of the tendering act. 1 - 3 and 136. Otherwise, the Contracting Authority is obliged to exclude the Tenderer, cf. 4 and 5.
    The contracting party reserves the right to request the Offeror to prove that the same legal entityIts participation in several offers does not allow the recipient to mutually influence the content of the various Tenderers` offers, including that there is no practice that can threaten transparency and distort competition between tenderers. If this cannot be proved, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reject such Tenderers.host of the previous three (3) completed accounts at the time of the application deadline.
    Question and answer:
    Tenderer is invited to search for any ambiguities and uncertainties clarified by asking questions to the
    Offering. before the questionnaire is answered by the contracting party, whereas questions received after the deadline for questioning alone,will be answered as soon as the question`s nature does not make it disproportionately burdensome for the contracting party to answer the question before the deadline.
