In volumethe procurement includes the supply of 19 types of batteries and electric batteries. Quantities by type are detailed in Appendix 1 "Technical Specifications", an integral part of the procurement documentation.

Have achieved a minimum turnover in the scope of the order calculated on the basis of annual turnover. of the requirement:the turnover for the supply of batteries and electric batteries, calculated on the basis of the annual turnover, totaling from the last 3 completed financial years, depending on the date when the participant was established or commenced its activity,

the documents are submitted by the participant designated as contractor, before the conclusion of the contract (Article 67 (6) of the PPA). Documents are also submitted for subcontractingand third parties, if any. Documents may also be required under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. 67, para. 1 of the PPA when submitting a tender, the participant declares lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria by presenting the EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionallyunder the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the tenderer designated as a contractor shall present up-to-date documents certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria.
