Luxembourg European Research and Administrative Support (LERAS) is an 'economic interest grouping' (GIE) that was created to assist its 2 members, the Luxembourg State and University of Luxembourg with the implementation of their functions in programme activities of the European Union, research projects and policy monitoring. The assistance includes the provision of personnel and certain ancillary services for the benefit of its members e.g. travel reimbursements, office administration.
