The offer includes the execution of statutory external audit for the Institute of Human Rights. Annual audits and statements on the accounts of the current accounts shall be carried out at the beginning of the financial year 2018. The tender also includes the review of the EU Projects for Human Rights Projects, and, if appropriate, the provision of advice. The contracting entity wishes to complete the following tasks through this call: - To review and approve the ars report of the institutions,

To issue the declarations required by the Ministry or the Board of Directors,

- In addition, to read the tasks that follow from the contract and the description of the benefit in advance- To conduct its audit in accordance with applicable legislation, international standards and standards for public audit,

- To cooperate with the National Audit Office, to the extent required by the National Audit Office, find it necessary, pursuant to the Section 9 Agreement. It is the National Audit Office which has the duty of initiative. The tenderer must attach the single European tender document (ESPD)Details: Part IV, Section B:
