The subject of the contract concerns the insurance of the human resources of PPC. SA and its subsidiaries: ΔΕΔDΗΕ SA, DEH Renewable, Lignite Megalopolis SA and Lilika Meliti SA (a total of 17, 556 people) in a group programfor the period of two (2) years from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020.

The scope of the contract concerns the insurance of the human resources of PPC. SA and its subsidiaries: ΔΕΔDΗΕ SA, DEH Renewable, Lignite Megalopolis SA and Lilika Meliti SA (a total of 17, 556 people) in a group program for a period of two (2) years from 1.1.2019 to 3After the expiry of 2 years, the above companies of the PPC Group reserve the right to renew the program for one (1) more year by mutual agreement with the Contractor for the cost of the insurance. The Contractor must submit his offer for renewal of the cover for one more year, 3 months before the end of the two-year period and if there is no agreement, he must-to extend the coverage for a further 3 months, after the expiry of the two-year period, on the same terms and costs. The price to be offered will be uniform for the human resources of all companies.

In addition, bidders are asked to set a premium price for dependent members as well as a price for individual retirement insurance. The ceilings on premiums, are defined as a percentage of the premium price of the principal insured.

In the case of a natural or legal person, the same in the case of a partnership / association, each member of the company is registered in the professional or trade registers kept in Greece or in the country of its establishment, for a professional status related to the subject of the contract. B.1) To have, in the case of a natural one-or a legal person, and in the case of a partnership / association of persons, its members separately, turnover (total premiums) of group insurance in 2017, at least EUR 15 000 000.

B.2) To show, in case of natural or of a legal person, and in the case of a partnership / association of individuals, its members separately, net earnings before taxes, in the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.

B.3)-in the case of a natural or legal person, and in the case of a partnership / association, its members individually, a net position in the financial years 2015, 2016 and 2017 of at least EUR 50 000 000.

The economic operators concerned who have entered the system as recipients of the declaration may request clarification of the content of the tenders in this competition no later than ten (10)from the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders. Data relating to the composition of human resources by company and gender, the distinction between technical and administrative personnel, as well as the average age, will be received by the interested parties from the PPC. In order to ensure reliable and timely information for all interested parties, for clarifications, supplements or changes to the terms of the competition, the economic operators concerned must upon receipt of the declaration to register the systemrequested contact information. In the event that this information is not accurate or the declaration has not been directly received by the system, no responsibility for the inaccurate and reliable information of the economic operator concerned. Not later than six (6) days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, PPC will provide all those who have received the relevant billthe necessary clarifications and any additional information regarding the specifications and the terms of the tender and of the draft contract.

No candidate may in any case invoke oral responses on behalf of the PPC ..
