Group Coverage and Health Expense Management for INA Employees
The purpose of this contract is to cover the performance of health insurance coverage and management.

The collective agreement has mandatory membership (except exemptions) will be in accordance with the texts-in force, in particular the decree n2014-1374 of 18.11.2014 and the circular DSS / SD2A / SD3C / SD5D / 2015/30 of 30.1.2015. In accordance with Article 78-I of the aforementioned Decree, the benefits of the presethe market results in a single-award framework agreement. It shall be executed by the issue of purchase orders under the conditions laid down in Article 80 of the said Decree.
This framework agreement is concluded without any minimum or maximum, in accordance with the provisions of Article 78-II 3.
