Description: Facade renovation and renewal of heating installations in the Teilum building's main house, located at Frederik V 's Vej 11, 2100 Copenhagen.
The main house in the Teilum building is approx. 11, 000 m2 spread over 7 floors.
The task includes i.a. replacement of all facade elements and windows, from the ground floor up to and including the 6th floor. In parallel, the existing one-string heating system is replaced, and new radiators are delivered and installed. Existing guideways are recycled to the new pipes, and new guideways are drilled in the concrete columns for the additional guideway to the two-string system.
The facades of intermediate buildings and the atrium between the Teilum building's main house and front house are being renovated with new facade panels and new windows. On the first floor of the aisle, facade elements are replaced with fire-approved parts and the roof is fireproofed from the inside. Sliding doors in the main entrance attic are replaced.
