Expression of Interest (EOI) are invited for Consulting Services/Construction Supervision for Wind Farm Project.
Project Measures:
NREA wants to support their project implementation team by employing an independent Consultant to supervise wind farm construction as well as its operation during the warranty period. A EPC contractor will build the wind park.
Requested Consultant Services:
1. Supervise the implementation and commissioning of the project and monitor its development until the end of the warranty period;
2.Provide quality assurance for the project's implementation and its due documentation (reports) accordingly;
3. Examine, confirm invoirces and prepare Interim Payment Certificates;
4. Support NREA in reporting (Quarterly Reports) for the Financiers;
etc.
