The Region of Peel (herein the “Agency”) requires the services of a qualified Consultant to assist in updating the Region of Peel's Specialized TransHelp Master Plan.
The Master Plan Update services will include, but are not limited to:
An analysis of current ridership and financial data; developing updated ridership and financial models, including forecasting and resource planningReviewing current service delivery model effectiveness Operational and policy analysis, including industry scans and best practices reviewAccessibility for Ontarians with a Disability Act (AODA) compliance reviewDeveloping a Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Plan
The Consultant will provide recommendations and strategic direction based on sound financial analysis, legislative compliance, and the Agency-s vision of maintaining a high level of service.
