The main objective of the mission is to support ONEE in the concept development, technical specification and bill of quantity development, feasibility, environmental and social checks and preparation of tender documents for the establishment of an integrated smart grid platform with components such as Virtual power plants BESS, DERMS, SCADA and EMS, Hydrogen and fuel cells and other innovative technologies in an experimental scale. by carrying out a series of missions: Mission n°1: Benchmark and evaluation of existing VPP projects and integrated smart grid platforms and those currently being deployed.
