Tenders are invited for Consulting Services Program Management Consultancy Services for Construction of Kuwait International Airport Project.

Hereby announces the invitation of each of the following honourable consultants:

- LOUIS BERGER.
- CH2M.
- SNC-LAVALIN INC.
- INECO.
- EGIS.
- TURNER & TOWNSEND INC.
- HILL INTERNATIONAL.
- PARSONS.

In order to collect the invitation and the construction for the practitioners document and a (CD) that contains an electronic copy of the General Conditions, particular conditions and form of the Consulting Services and the technical requirements and terms of reference (T.O.R) for the Practice No. A/17/2018 For Consulting Services: Program Management Consultancy Services for construction of Kuwait International Airport Project starting from the Tuesday 24/7/2018 and will last for one week, at the headquarter of the Ministry of Public Works - Elevator (2) Document and 4Floor (3) -Area Contracts Department - during the official working hours (until 1:00 pm). The preliminary meeting shall be held on Tuesday 7/8/2018 at 10:00 am, in the Great Hall of Meetings in the third floor in Ministry of Public Works.

The consultant shall attach with his technical proposal an initial insurance of (KD 100, 000) (One hundred thousand Kuwaiti Dinars)) as provided in the Conditions of invitation letter.

- The submission date for the technical and financial proposals shall be Monday corresponding to 24/9/2018 at 1:00 pm at Document and Contracts department. Any proposals submitted at a different date and location will be rejected.

- The fees of the above mentioned documents (CD) shall be collected at the Financial Affairs department at the Ministry for an amount of KD 500 (Kuwaiti Dinars five hundred only) and a receipt of the amount shall be delivered.

- In case the consultant does not have the intent to submit the proposals, we shall be formally informed of the reason thereof within one week from the first day fixed for receiving the documents.
