Tenders are invited for Consulting Services, Preparation of Wind Park Project.
Project: Renewable Energies II and III - Wind Farm Hrgud (WF Hrgud)
Ref. No.: BMZ-ID: 2010 66 299 and 2012 65 875
The Consultant shall support Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske (ERS) in the successful preparation of the WF Hrgud project. The duties shall comprise but are not limited to assistance in the following areas:
- Preparation of an Environmental and Social Scoping Statement (ESSS-report).
- Preparation of an ESIA-report.
- Development of an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP).
- Development of a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP).
- Development of a Land Acquisition Plan/ Livelihood Restoration Plan (LAP/ LRP) and if applicable a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP).
- Support during Consultation with local Population.
