The Consultant will be primarily responsible for supporting the Long-Term Green Transition Strategy, which will serve as KEK-s guiding framework for aligning operations and investments with Kosovo-s National Energy Strategy (2022-2031). The Consultant will assess KEK-s current generation portfolio, analyze opportunities for renewable energy development, evaluation options for phasing out lignite-based assets, and propose decarbonization pathways. The Consultant will also review KEK-s governance structures, decision-making processes, and compliance with good governance practices.
