Tender are invited for Consulting Services for Designing and Drafting of Street Lights
Project Description : This RFP is open to pre-qualified firms only. Proponents are invited who have been pre-qualified based on specific information previously submitted through The City-s Prequalification for Engineering and Architectural Consultants RFPQ 06-006. Proposals will only be considered from proponents that have achieved a pre-qualified status in ROADS STREETLIGHTING.The City of Calgary is seeking a to hire a prequalified consulting firm who will draft and provide record drawings for streetlighting assets in approximately 113 locations. These locations include streetlight assets associated with108 approved for construction projects. The City will confirm final number of locations with the Consultant. Further exploration may amend that number as the project progresses.The scope of work for the 113 currently known locations is to conduct a site survey for each location, use the original approved for construction drawing or maps/shapefiles to confirm or verify current assets. The Consultant will then draft and provide an authenticated record drawing with associated CAD file to The City. Record drawings must be done according to City drafting standards.Depending on City needs, Consultant performance, and budget approval, additional locations may be added as the project progresses. The City anticipates this assignment to be for one (1) year but may extend into a second year...
