Tenders are invited for Consulting Services.

Restriction: The shortlisting criteria are: Core business and number of years in business, Relevant similar experience, which should include the following: Designing and developing M&E and MIS frameworks of large and complex programs with elements of such as construction works, land tenure and natural resources activities and /or agricultural development and commercialization; Managing M&E systems of large and complex programs; Conducting socio-economic and biophysical surveys; and Conducting water resources assessments, Technical and managerial capability of the firm.(Provide only the structure of the organization, general qualifications and number of key staff. Do not provide CVs of Staff. (Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage). Experience in the region, Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Procurement Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011 revised July 2014 (“Consultant Guidelines”).
