Your Proposal must be submitted no later than August 22, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Description of the Proposal: Consulting directed to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for the study, classification and reporting of budgets linked to the prevention, care, sanction and reparation of violence against women and girls, for the elaborationn of the baseline of the Spotlight Initiative in Mexico Estimated duration: 6 months Starting date: August 2019 End date: January 2020 Project Number and Title: 00111600 Spotlight Initiative Objective: To carry out the study on the classification of budgets linked to VCMN, including a breakdown that map and show the specific needs of the populations most vulnerable, in three states and five specific municipalities (Chihuahua and Ciudad Jurez in Chihuahua, Naucalpan and Ecatepec in the State of Mexico, and Chilpancingo in Guerrero) in order to derive a document that serves as a reference in the creation of strategies that allow gender mainstreaming in the distribution of public resources, with a viewIt is to benefit women and girls, mainly those who are subject to intersectional discrimination, and to contribute to the elimination of all forms of VCMN in the selected entities and municipalities, while also complementing the baseline study of the Spotlight Initiative in Mexico.
