Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of consulting activities pursuant to § 105 paragraph 1 letter a) Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended, for applicants and those interested in employment and participants in occupational rehabilitation. Consulting activities are techniques focused on job search and other activities aimed at the employment of natural persons on the labor market, usually combine various pedagogical, social psychological and counseling approaches and forms of work with participants in counseling activities such as group or individual work, presentations, discussions, skill training, role playing, providing feedback, etc. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the General Assembly is internally divided into 8 parts. The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement according to § 131 et seq. ZZVZ on carrying out consulting activities with one selected supplier for each individual part of the VZ. A total of 8 Framework Agreements will be concluded as part of the procurement procedure. Pursuant to § 101 paragraph 2 ZZVZ, suppliers may submit offers for one, several or all parts of the VZ (for the avoidance of doubt, the supplier may submit a bid for only one part or may submit several bids for different parts or may submit bids for all parts of the VZ).
