Expression of Interest are invited for Consultation Services for Revision of Studies and Supervision of the Reconstruction Work of the Saint-Martin Learning Center (CASM).

The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training, through the Coordination Unit of the Vocational Training Program (UCP-FP), the Executing Agency, now wishes to obtain consulting services for the revision of studies and supervision of the reconstruction work of the St. Martin Learning Center (CASM).

The objective of the consultation is to review the execution file of the reconstruction work of the St. Martin Learning Center (CASM) and to ensure control (supervision) on the basis of architectural and structural studies.

According to the programming, the task will have a duration of Thirty (30) days for the revision of the studies of the reconstruction works and Thirteen (13) months for the supervision of the construction works of reconstruction of the CASM.

Consultants will be eligible to participate if:

· in the case of a legal person, the latter is legally incorporated or otherwise organized in an eligible country, has its principal place of business in an eligible country and of which more than 50% of the shares are beneficially owned by the citizens and / or bona fide residents of an eligible / eligible country or a person / legal person who satisfies / satisfies these requirements;

· in the case of non-personalized firms, persons are citizens or bona fide residents of an eligible country; and

· Have completed, during the past five (5) years, at least five (5) consultations in supervision of project construction work of at least $ 1, 000, 000.00.
