Request for proposals are invited for Consultants for Political and Strategic Communications Consultation to a Diverse Range of Georgian Parties in Line with Iri-S Political Party Development Program Objectives.
Under the contract, the Winning Bidder will provide expertise on political and strategic communications strategies within IRI-s internal party strategic planning and center-toregional consultative process. This will assist IRI in conducting its political party development program. The Winning Bidder's in-country representative will lead consultative workshops for political parties benefitting from IRI assistance. In consultation

with the political parties, the Winning Bidder will develop comprehensive, tailored strategic communication strategies. The communications plans will cover both campaign strategies, with an emphasis on the 2021 municipal elections, as well as post-election strategies for constituent engagement. Following the workshops, the Winning Bidder will monitor and consult parties on the implementation of their strategic communications plans in the preand post-election period.
