Tenders are invited for Consultant to Support Capacity Development of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Organisation

Fees

· 25% the approved fee be paid by bank transfer upon signing contract

· 75% the fee be paid by bank transfer upon completion authorisation Country Director.

The maximum budget this consultancy $2, 000 USD (net). Any required travel Kampot be reimbursed through project approval Epic Arts' Country Director will follow Epic Arts' travel rates guidelines.

Eligibility

· The Service Provider should have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

o At least ten years of working experience in monitoring and evaluation in a development context - experience working in the context of disability, social work, human rights-based approach is advantageous.

o Excellent knowledge and comprehensive experience in developing monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies with a focus on performance monitoring and evaluation Experience designing community-based monitoring and evaluation systems.

o Design and delivery of robust, relevant and timely evaluation strategies and reviews of development interventions using qualitative and quantitative methods.

o Expertise and experience in designing and applying robust and appropriate performance monitoring and results frameworks (including expertise and experience in indicator development, testing and data collection/analysis).

o Quantitative and qualitative data management skills

o Skills and Abilities:

o Coordination and communication with multiple teams and promoting team synergy.

o Demonstrating initiative and ability to identify innovative approaches

o Demonstrating the ability to incorporate EA values in their work.

o Good training & facilitation skills.
